Liverpool signing Jordan Henderson has dismissed burnout concerns over his England U21 commitments.
The 20-year-old will play a key role for England in Denmark, starting with a clash against Spain on Sunday.
But he isn't concerned about tiredness after a season in which he played 40 senior games.
"I know there are managers and players worried about burnout and playing too much, but I feel fine after the season," Henderson told liverpoolfc.tv.
"Yes, I've played a lot, but I've still got lots to give, still got energy. We are young and want to play football and can achieve something special for our country."
