Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos admits he's been frustrated this season over his lack of playing chances.

Ceballos has been linked with Liverpool and Roma amid reports of a January move to Anfield being blocked by president Florentino Perez.

He said, "My dream is to become a starter in Real Madrid, that illusion will not be taken away from me, when you are young and you have ambition it's hard to accept not playing, you have to be patient.

"For my situation, I would like to play more but everything is learned, it is helping me to mature.

"My goal is to be at Real Madrid this season and when the season ends I will decide my future, but I want to be here."
