Liverpool are prepared to accept Roma's offer for Dejan Lovren.
Calciomercato.com says Roma have agreed personal terms with Lovren over a one-year loan deal with an obligation to buy next summer.
Roma will eventually have to fork out £23m for the defender, who turns 31 next year.
Lovren arrived at Liverpool from Southampton in 2014.
The Reds are 'inclined' to accept the offer for the Croatian World Cup finalist after personal agreements were made.
