Liverpool prematurely put Johnson shirt on sale

Liverpool are confident of securing the services of Portsmouth's Glen Johnson.

So much so they have included his name for shirt printing on the club's website, even though the transfer is not yet official.

The Reds are believed to have offered Pompey £17 million for the England international but neither club has agreed to a move.

The club removed the option of having Johnson's name printed on a shirt late on Wednesday night.
