Injury-hit Liverpool are considering a move for Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.

The Daily Express says with Thiago joining Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the list of players with long-term injuries in Liverpool's midfield, the Reds are now being backed to sign another player in that position in order to provide more depth and quality to that area of the pitch for Jurgen Klopp.

And one of those names who has cropped up is Leicester midfielder Tielemans, who is currently being targeted by Arsenal but could now be on for a move to Anfield if the Reds decide to swoop for the Belgian.

The Gunners have been warned that they now face missing out on Tielemans to Liverpool as the Reds are supposed to have interest in his services, and should Mikel Arteta's side continue to stall over a deal, then the Merseyside outfit could become favourites for his signature.
