Liverpool physiotherapist Chris Morgan has responded to criticism on social media blaming him for the club's lengthy injury list.
Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez both suffered season-ending injuries in October and November, while Joel Matip suffered the same fate in January.
Fabinho and James Milner missed last weekend's loss to Everton, while Jordan Henderson went down with a groin injury in the clash.
And Morgan, who returned to club last summer after four years with Crystal Palace and Arsenal, has spoken on Twitter to deny that his arrival is a contributing factor.
He tweeted in the early hours of Tuesday morning: "Don't be nasty. Don't tweet nonsense. Don't confuse correlation with causation."
