Liverpool outcast Sakho to choose between Spartak Moscow and…

Mamadou Sakho is reportedly weighing up a pair of offers regarding a January transfer from Liverpool.

The French defender is frozen out by Jurgen Klopp and expected to leave Anfield before the winter transfer deadline on Tuesday.

French publication Le10Sport is of the belief that Sakho is considering proposals from Russian club Spartak Moscow, as well as Southampton.

The Saints recently lost Jose Fonte to West Ham United and recent reports suggest Virgil van Dijk could be out for three months with an ankle injury, making their need for him even greater.

A shift to St Mary's, to remain in the Premier League, is what the 26-year-old would prefer but he is believed to be weighing up the money on offer in Russia.
