Liverpool have moved to keep hold of Pedro Chirivella.

Goal says Chirivella has been offered a new five-year Liverpool deal.

The midfielder is closing in on free agency next month.

Liverpool have been impressed by the performances and application this season of the former Valencia player, who turns 23 this week.

However, Chirivellla is yet to make a decision on his Reds future with the likes of Steven Gerrard's Rangers and French club Nantes among possible interested parties.
