Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum admits he may take a call from Wim van Hanegem before tomorrow's Champions League final.
The outspoken Dutch pundit is close to Wijnaldum as he worked with him when the Reds ace was coming through at Feyenoord.
Wijnaldum told AD: "It's not planned, but it just happens.
"I have a lot of contact with him. Usually by chance. And then we talk about football for hours. That is going to come again. Willem is always critical. Which is good. He does that to help you. I like that."
On his role this season as a 'No6', he adds: "I like it, just like the other midfielders. We help the attack, the defence. Actually the whole team. I still learn and hope that I can become a better player than I am now."
