Gini Wijnaldum says Liverpool no longer make mistakes as they continue to break record after record this season.

The Reds were behind against West Ham but eventually scored two unanswered goals to win 3-2.

The result means Liverpool equalled Manchester City's record of 18 consecutive Premier League wins.

Asked how they continue to find a way to win, the Dutchman said: "I also have to say we work really hard for that, to have it the way it is right now.

"If you go back a few years ago, we made mistakes. But we learned from the mistakes we made and I think that's why we are so good right now – we have a team that has played with each other for a few years.

"During the years we learned a lot and that's why we are so good right now."
