Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum admits Fabinho's ankle injury is concern.

Fabinho broke down during last night's 1-1 draw with Champions League opponents Napoli.

Wijnaldum told TMW afterwards: "It was a difficult match, against a difficult opponent. We fought until the end, we are happy to be able to recover the disadvantage.

"Now Salzburg is waiting for us, we know how much they can be difficult for us.

"It can be different even if every game is a story in itself. Fabinho's injury? A bad blow for the team, let's see what happens."
