Jurgen Klopp was worried about Dejan Lovren after the defender was substituted during Tuesday's 2-1 win over RB Salzburg.

The Croatian was withdrawn after 58 minutes and replaced by Joe Gomez. He was also substituted in last weekend's loss to Bournemouth.

Klopp said: "We hope that it's exactly the same as last time.

"He felt something and we made the decision. It's of course not cool.

"He played really well and was very important. We don't know more in the moment. It felt similar like last time, that's it. We have to see."
