Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is doubtful he will get to make any big moves this winter.
The Reds are on a run of five games in the Premier League without a win, and they take on Tottenham on Thursday.
Their title is slipping away with each set of dropped points, and the Reds are having to rely on makeshift centre-halves all season.
However, a big signing seems unlikely to happen.
"Not really, no," he told reporters about transfers.
"I would not say absolutely 100 per cent no but I don't expect anything to happen, to be honest."
