Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed Jordan Henderson suffered a hamstring injury in Tuesday's loss to Atletico Madrid.

The Reds skipper was replaced by James Milner in the second-half of the 1-0 defeat.

"Hendo felt his hamstring, unfortunately. We have to wait," said Klopp after the game.

"He was not too concerned but enough to go off obviously."
