Liverpool, Man Utd target Shaqiri not ruling out Bayern Munich exit

Xherdan Shaqiri is having a piece both ways when denying reports he wants to leave Bayern Munich in the summer.

The winger has been linked with Liverpool and Manchester United in the past week.

"I never said that I want to get away," the 22-year-old Swiss international told Sport 1, "I feel very comfortable in Munich and also do not think of parting."

Shaqiri's brother, Edin, declared last week the Bayern midfielder was prepared to leave in the summer.

Xherdan continued: "This is the opinion of my brother, but it was also a bit different written as it was said.

"Certainly, if a top club comes, you have to consider that - but that's the same for each player..."
