Liverpool and Manchester United are being linked with Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria.

Sport1 says the Premier League duo are in informal contact with Zakaria's camp, along with Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid.

Aware of the interest, Zakaria insists he's not allowing things to go to his head.

He said, "I don't think much about my future.

"The only thing that counts for me is Gladbach. I just want to reach the Champions League with this team."
