Liverpool want to help Harvey Elliott build a 'long and successful career at Anfield'.
A court ruling on Wednesday confirmed Liverpool would have to pay up to £4.3m in compensation to Fulham for the 17-year-old.
The Reds labelled the fee, judged by the Professional Football Compensation Committee, "fair and thorough".
The club will now look at welcoming Elliott back to Anfield once his loan expires with Blackburn Rovers at the end of this season.
A club statement read: "Liverpool Football Club respects the outcome of the PFCC's fair and thorough process in this matter.
"We would like to thank the panel for their time and diligence in reaching a decision.
"We now look forward to welcoming Harvey back from his loan spell with Blackburn Rovers in the summer and helping him continue to build towards a long and successful career at Anfield."
