Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler is confident of no late title collapse.

Fowler reckons Liverpool's late winner at Fulham shows they will go the distance in the Premier League title race.

He wrote for the Mirror: "We've always known about Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool team that, when things are going for them, they can be devastating.

"What we are increasingly discovering now, though, is that, when things go against them, they can dig out a little bit more, that they've always got a little bit more to give.

"That is huge in terms of winning trophies.

"You can't expect to breeze through every game with things always going right and falling into place.

"Sometimes, you have to find an extra reserve, even when you seem at your limit. They did that at Fulham .

"It seemed an easy enough game, strolling for about an hour, but then, when they gave away a bad goal, it looked for a spell as if the wheels would come off.

"I don't doubt that in past seasons Liverpool would have lost that game."
