Liverpool legend Carragher writes off Arsenal top 4 hopes

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher doesn't expect Arsenal to finish in the top four.

Arsenal moved up to third in the Premier League table with a 2-0 win over Newcastle on Monday.

But Carragher says: "If I was saying now and had to call it now I'd probably still go for Spurs and Man Utd.

"I still think that away form.

"When you say they're not playing big six rivals, they're the type of away games that have players and teams at the real top.

"You look at Everton away, Watford , Wolves , Burnley late on, Leicester as well.

"Yes, you're not playing United, City, Liverpool, but those ones, even a draw there now is not a good result it's that tight.

"It's almost two a game away from home that they're conceding, never mind a clean sheet.

"27 goals, that's an awful lot.

"The contrast with at home, it's unbelievable."
