The 17-year-old forward has scored three goals in 21 Belgian Pro League outings for Anderlecht this season.
And the Reds are keeping a close eye on his progress, according to Belgian outlet Het Nieuwsblad.
Anderlecht will demand at least €20m for their star young player.
Doku has four caps for Belgium's U21 side.
