Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher was proud of his Champions League clean sheet in victory over Ajax last night.
The Reds made it through to the knockout stages thanks to a 1-0 win over Ajax as Curtis Jones found the back of the net.
But it was 22-year-old Kelleher - deputising for the injured Alisson - who took the plaudits late in the game for a key save.
"Obviously it was an amazing one for me to make my debut in the Champions League. It was massive for me," he told BT Sport. "The most important thing was for us to get the win and qualify and we did that."
He added: "That's what I'm there for (to make saves). I have been working hard in training and thankfully tonight I was able to make a good few saves.
"It's quite easy to be honest because of the players in front of me. They give me easy options when they give it back to me. It makes my decisions so much easier.
"We (young players) are not here just to take part. Ahead of the game my phone had been going off. I've been getting loads of messages and support and that has been great."
Kelleher came into the match as Liverpool's third-choice keeper behind Alisson and Adrian.
Jurgen Klopp confirmed before the game that Alisson is set to be on the sidelines for up to two weeks.
