Liverpool are in talks with Napoli about a deal for Kalidou Koulibaly.

The Senegal international has emerged as a major summer target for Reds boss Jurgen Klopp, says Gazzetta dello Sport.

It's suggested Liverpool want to set up a cash-plus-player swap deal involving Dejan Lovren for Koulibaly.

Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis is prepared to sell, though has told Liverpool to come back with a better proposal.

For his part, the movie mogul still rates Koulibaly in the €100m class.
