Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius says he's been a wanted man during his time with Besiktas.
Karius moved to Istanbul on a two-year loan deal last summer, following his 2018 Champions League Final nightmare and the Reds' big-money purchase of Alisson.
"This season, through my agent, two clubs in the UK, three clubs from Germany, made offers," Karius told Sporx.
"I turned them [all] down. Besiktas is very special for me."
Besiktas have an obligation to buy Karius for a further £7.25million at the end of next season - provided certain performance criteria are met related to appearances and European qualification.
The Reds will also have a sell on clause of 20 per cent if the deal is made permanent, reports Liverpool Echo.
