Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson to face Man Utd

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker is set to be back for Sunday's clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

The Brazilian has been absent ever since picking up a calf injury in the first half of the Reds' opening game of the Premier League season at home to Norwich City, when he was replaced by summer signing Adrian.

The former West Ham stopper has been hugely impressive during his time between the sticks for the Reds, helping Jurgen Klopp's side to eight straight top-flight wins as they've gone eight points clear at the top of the table.

He has been stepping up his recovery at Melwood during the international break and is now ready to return says the Mirror.

By the time of Sunday's 4.30pm kick-off he will be fully up to speed and ready to face Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's struggling hosts.
