Liverpool fullback Robertson: Adrenaline got through me Wolves

Liverpool left back Andy Robertson admits he was not 100 percent fit for their last game of the Premier League season.

As Robertson and the rest of the team prepare for the Champions League final against Tottenham, he spoke about the last day win against Wolves.

Robertson confirmed he was struggling with an injury and now faces a race against time to be ready for the final.

"It wasn't the best on Sunday and I could feel it during the game, but I wanted to play and was desperate to get out there," he said to the club's official website.

"The adrenaline kept me going and the fact a lot of us have played through pain, not just me. Luckily now we've got a couple of weeks to recover and get our bodies right – and we'll know we'll be as fresh as we can be going into the final."
