Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold was happy to complete the full 90 in their draw with preseason opponents Athletic Bilbao.
He considers completing the game to be a pleasing conclusion to a positive preseason - and is now looking forward to Saturday's trip to Carrow Road.
“Definitely," Alexander-Arnold told Liverpoolfc.com, when asked if it felt good to get a 90-minute runout.
“I think it's perfect timing the way the games have gone in preseason, just building up to this: started at 30 [minutes], then 45, a couple of 60s under the belt and then today obviously getting 90.
“I think we've timed it well and it gives us a good couple of days to recover and then go on to Norwich next week."
On whether he feels 100 per cent fit and fresh as the new season draws closer, the No.66 continued: “Yeah, definitely. I've started preseason quite well, in training I've been putting the work in, got the all-clear from the medical staff early doors in preseason and have been able to push on, get fit and get the full 90 under my belt today."
