Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold insists beating Everton means more than doing the same to Manchester United.
Everton have not beaten Liverpool since October 2010 when David Moyes oversaw a 2-0 win against Roy Hodgson's side at Goodison Park. And Alexander-Arnold admits they are the games he enjoys the most as a Liverpool player.
"I'd say it's my favourite game (the Merseyside Derby)," Alexander-Arnold said on LFC Later. "Growing up in the city you know more Evertonians than Mancs.
"I'd say the Everton game for me is the bigger.
"I know so many people who support Everton so it's always good to get one over on them.
"It's good as well because we haven't been beaten by them for so long."
