Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold is struggling with manager Jurgen Klopp's new tactics.
That's according to Manchester United hero Rio Ferdinand.
Ferdinand believes Liverpool's current inconsistency could be explained by Klopp instructing them to adopt a higher defensive line, which he insists doesn't suit Alexander-Arnold at right-back.
While discussing their high line on BT Sport, the United great said: “I think Trent is at odds with this, because it looks to me they've been told the tactics have tweaked a little bit.
“We're going to squeeze, squeeze, squeeze behind."
