Liverpool forward Brewster: Swansea will always be in my heart

Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster has said Swansea City will always hold a special place in his heart, admitting he is not sure where his future lies.

The 20-year-old striker 11 goals in 22 appearances for the Championship club after joining in January.

The Swans scrapped into the play-offs but lost to Brentford, and Brewster is awaiting conversations with Liverpool to decide his future.

"I have loved every moment of it, I love the club, I love the fans, I love the staff, I love everybody here," Brewster told the Swansea club website.

"I don't know what is going to happen next year but if I don't come back Swansea will always be in my heart.

"I'll be Swansea forever and I will always keep tabs on them no matter what. I just hope that the boys just go for it again next season.

"If I'm here then we'll all push together, but if I'm not then I hope the boys dig deep, go for it again and don't look back.

"They will use this as motivation as I know we're not going to want to feel like this again. I think we should just keep pushing and pushing and I love everyone at the club.

"It's kind of the same being here and being at Liverpool because we're just one big family.

"I'm always going to look out for Swansea. The Jack Army has been amazing to me, the first game I played I had a song, my first song.

"I will never ever forget that, that will always be in my mind. I can't thank the fans enough and I love the Jack Army."
