Liverpool fear Jordan Henderson could miss the start of next season with a knee ligament injury.

Jurgen Klopp admitted his concern after Henderson was withdrawn from Wednesday's win over Brighton.

And the Telegraph says there are fears around Anfield that Henderson has suffered a serious injury.

The Englishman is likely to miss the rest of the current campaign and possibly the start of the 2020/21 season.

Klopp will be asked about Henderson's health on Friday in his pre-match press conference for the clash with Burnley this weekend.
