Liverpool have agreed a three-year partnership with Chinese-owned Australasian telecommunications company Alcatel, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.
Through the deal, fans of the Merseyside club in Australia and New Zealand will now get unprecedented access to the club on various social media and digital platforms.
The company and club will also embark on a shared marketing campaign across both territories.
"We have a huge fan base in Australia and New Zealand," said Billy Hogan, Liverpool's chief commercial officer.
"During our pre-season tours in 2013 and 2015, we saw over 200,000 supporters turn out for LFC's sold out games in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide."
