Liverpool have been dealt a massive blow with the news that Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino are both out of the Champions League clash against Barcelona.
Not only do the Reds trail 0-3 from the first leg at the Nou Camp, but they must overcome the deficit without two of their key attackers.
It will be left to Sadio Mane to shoulder the goalscoring burden, as the Reds hope to salvage something from what could end up a trophyless season.
"It is concussion and that means he will not even be allowed to play," Klopp said during Monday's pre-Barcelona press conference on Salah.
"He feels okay but that is not good enough from a medical point of view. He is desperate."
Klopp also spoke about Firmino's inavailability.
"Two of the world's best strikers are not available tomorrow night and we have to score four goals to go through - that doesn't make life easier," Klopp added.
