Liverpool are seeking over £20m for Marko Grujic.
The Liverpool Echo says Liverpool have no interest in another loan move for the player.
The club will only consider permanent offers, with the Reds demanding bids in excess of £20m - otherwise he will stay at Anfield.
Grujic was with Hertha Berlin last season on-loan.
The midfielder is commanding big interest, with Lazio, Hertha Berlin and Borussia Monchengladbach all interested in Grujic.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is understood to be planning for the new season with him part of his first team squad.
And the German would be happy should he remain at Anfield come the close of the transfer window.
