Liverpool left-back Brad Smith is set for a medical with AFC Bournemouth, according to Goal.

The report claims that the Cherries have agreed on a £6million fee with the Reds, and the 22-year-old is set to leave the club's pre-season tour of the USA to undergo a medical with the south coast club.

The Reds have reportedly inserted a buy-back clause in the deal for the Australian international, which they will be able to activate over the next two seasons.
