Liverpool U23 coach Gary O'Neil has dismissed talk of Mohamed Salah being unhappy.
Salah's former international team-mate Mohamed Aboutrika made the bombshell claim that the Egyptian is unsettled at Anfield.
He claimed Salah was annoyed at not being made captain against FC Midtjylland and that, in his opinion, Liverpool might be willing to cash in on him.
O'Neil told talkSPORT: "What I'm hearing about how hard he works in training and how bubbly he is around the ground, I don't see it being an issue.
"Players will give interviews and, sometimes, especially when they are done in other countries and other languages, there will be stuff that comes back.
"I think you have to judge him on his performances and for me he doesn't look like a guy unhappy at Liverpool Football Club.
"What I hear about how he trains and how hard he works he definitely doesn't give off the notion that he is unhappy."
