Liverpool are moving in on PSV Eindhoven's Jetro Willems according to reports.

Football Insider is of the belief that the Reds have scouted the 21-year-old left-back and are close to making an offer.

The Merseyside club watched left-back Willems in action for Holland against France on Friday night and are ready to lure him to Anfield in an £11million deal.

It has been suggested that Jurgen Klopp is keen to bring in some genuine competition for Alberto Moreno, who has been criticised this term, and feels Willems is the perfect man for the job having already been a regular at PSV for a number of years while racking up 16 national team appearances for the Oranje.

Manchester City scouts were also present in Amsterdam to cast an eye over Willems.
