Ferran Torres has eased Premier League transfer rumours by penning a new deal with Valencia.

Valencia have secured Torres until June 2021 to fend off interest from both Liverpool and Chelsea.

The Daily Mail says Liverpool had been monitoring the progress of Valencia winger Torres, while Chelsea also showed interest.

The Spain U19 international only turned 18 in February and had also previously attracted enquiries from Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Liverpool scouts have followed him playing for his country since last year and in Valencia's first team where he has made ten appearances this season.
