Liverpool centre-half Virgil van Dijk says achieving success with his teammates means more than any individual trophy.

Van Dijk is up for FIFA's The Best trophy.

But he told AD: "I don't do it at all for the individual prizes.

"Winning the Champions League in Madrid was a great thing. That does more to me. That semifinal, with that comeback against Barcelona on Anfield Road and that huge performance that Gini (Wijnaldum) had in that match, that's what it's all about.

"And the win against Germany in Hamburg. Whether that game will be in my top 5? I do not know. It was a fantastic evening, proof of how fast the Oranje has grown in the last year and a half. It all goes so fast. I have played some nice matches in recent months."
