Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has all but confirmed Pepe Reina is leaving for Napoli this week.

Reina will be packing his bags shortly, on a season-long loan to Italian Serie A side Napoli.

Rodgers said: "I've a lot of time for Pepe. He has a big season with the World Cup.

"If he wasn't going to be playing, it could severely harm his chances of going."
