Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is full of praise for fellow German coach Thomas Tuchel.

Like Klopp, Tuchel worked for both Mainz and Borussia Dortmund before landing his move to PSG last summer.

The Reds manager told Canal Football Club: "What does Tuchel bring to PSG? He's a fantastic coach, you can really see his influence, a lot of things have changed, the style of play, the tactics used. I know many people who have worked with him and respect him immensely.

"You cannot aim for the Champions League only by spending money, it does not work. It takes a good organisation, all the other clubs are not blind, we also do our job well so we need the right tools at the right time.

"And Thomas obviously has them."
