European football's governing body Uefa has opened disciplinary proceedings against Liverpool after the Manchester City team bus was attacked on its way to Anfield on Wednesday night.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp was disappointed with some fans who ruined the atmosphere with their actions.
"You go with your own bus through the crowd and it feels fantastic, the support, the passion. And then you get into the stadium and the first thing I heard was something about the bus of Manchester City being smashed and it kills everything," Klopp said. "You give people the opportunity to do something good and because of a few idiots it may never happen again."
