Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has had a pop at Philipp Lahm for criticising Germany coach Joachim Low.
Earlier this week, former Bayern Munich fullback Lahm criticised Low and called for a 'tighter' style of management to be appointed.
When asked about the comments, Klopp replied: “How can I say this nicely?
“I think Lahm was a great player and one of the record breakers for Germany.
“But if he had to say that, he should have called him or gone there and told him that face to face.
“I can not do agree with him. What are tighter rules? The boys have to arrive in training clothes or something?
“If you're looking for a job at the DFB – go there, call or tell them. Do not talk about your national team, where you played until recently, as if you had never been there. I do not understand."
