Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp believes Alisson Becker will get even better after an impressive start to the season.

While convinced Alisson would be a success at Anfield, Klopp believes the shot-stopper is only just getting started.

“You never know, but in this specific case, we could have been pretty sure that the quality will be outstanding," said the Liverpool manager.

"Anything can happen and you can get injured, but when he stays fit, it's pretty clear that the space is there for improvement because time will make him better.

“As a goalkeeper, it is very important that you judge the situations right and the more games you have, the easier it is to do that.

“You see what happens with a striker when they do things without thinking and these things will only make him better, so that is good."

Klopp also said, “The best thing is if we don't talk about the goalkeeper too much because that would mean he is without any mistakes.

“After the Napoli game, when your goalkeeper is your best player in the game, you know something is wrong, but not in his game. That was absolutely perfect."
