Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has nominated a surprise stadium where he found the atmosphere the most hostile of his career.
Liverpool are at the Marakana tonight for the Champions League clash with Red Star.
Klopp said, “I never played here but what I heard is that it is a very tough place to go. We are from Liverpool, we know how big the influence of atmosphere can be. The only way I know to cool the atmosphere down is to play really good football. That's what we have to try. To be ready for a fight, for a big game."
Then when pressed on the most intimidating atmosphere he's experienced, Klopp named a venue he's played at with all three of the clubs he's managed.
"I think it was Sevilla," he said. "I [also] played with Dortmund there, it was not nice; I played with Mainz there, it was not nice."
