Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp offered another tense interview after their home thumping by Manchester City on Sunday.

Klopp was testy with Geoff Shreeves for the second time after being embroiled in yet another awkward interview with the Sky Sports reporter ahead of the Premier League showdown.

He said: "In the end when you lose 4-1, it's not our day but big parts of the game were brilliant from our side. Really good football, I see in your eyes (Geoff Shreeves) you see it differently. I really liked it, we were playing really good football against City which means you are in the game. The possession was not like what it was usually with City.

"At the start of the second half, City changed the situation to 4-4-2 and its' a little adaptation. In the second half we didn't give enough options to play and gave the first goal away. We just gave them too many opportunities. We scored the equaliser, it looked like the game could now go in our direction and we were really good again."
