Jurgen Klopp is grateful for getting to coach players such as Mats Hummels and Robert Lewandowski.
Klopp is reunited with two former players who helped him win the Bundesliga at Borussia Dortmund.
And as he prepares to beat Bayern with Liverpool, the German coach has admitted he owes those guys a debt of gratitude.
"They are fantastic players. I have to be really thankful because without them, my career would not be the same. We all benefited from each other," Klopp said in his pre-match press conference.
"I remember my first call with Hummels, when I saw Lewandowski for first time.
"It's part of my life."
