Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits he's head several heart-to-hearts with Roberto Firmino.
Firmino proved the matchwinner in midweek against Tottenham.
“Roberto wants to score goals," said the Reds boss. "We had conversations about that.
“It's not that I tell him he doesn't have to score and he tells me he can score, and all that stuff.
“You don't score because you want to score more. All strikers in the world want to score more – even Mo Salah wants to score more or Robert Lewandowski wants to score more. That's completely normal.
“But the moment a player is only concerned about scoring, then the problems could theoretically – we don't have them – start.
“That's why it's really important that each player knows the job he has to do in a game. They are different.
“In the end, it's important the team scores and that happens thankfully most of the time often enough. Not always, but most of the time.
“I'm fine and he's fine. But yes, Roberto wants to score more."
