Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp paid tribute to reserve goalkeeper Simon Mignolet at today's media conference.
James Milner spoke in glowing terms last week about the impact Mignolet is having in the dressing room and Klopp has echoed those comments about the Belgium international.
“It's no problem to speak about it but it's a shame we have to," Klopp said.
“We only have a first XI. The quality in training when all the boys are fit is incredible.
“I like really that Milly picked Simon. I'm sure he thinks of himself as a number one but he's the best number two in the PL.
“He has improved in the last year because of his professionalism and his attitude. It's just brilliant.
“I'm not in the dressing room constantly but when Milly says something it is 100% true. I'm happy having this quality."
