Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez told Mark Hughes he was wrong claiming Manchester City were the better team for their 2-2 draw.
Benitez is as adamant as ever the good times are just around the corner again - hopefully starting with tomorrow's must-win Euro clash at Hungarian side Debrecen.
He insisted: "You can make mistakes but have to be pleased with the players' character and reaction.
"Over the last three games you could see we are doing a lot better. If we win one or two, things will get easier.
"I heard what Mark Hughes said about being the better side but I think we deserved more from the game at the end. I didn't see Pepe Reina having to make too many saves."
