Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has revealed Hungarian prospect Peter Gulacsi has signed on an initial loan agreement.

The 17-year-old has arrived on an initial one-year loan with an option for a two-year contract, and joins fellow Krisztian Nemeth and Andras Simon at Anfield.

Gulacsi is a product of the Sandor Karoly Academy, which is associated with MTK Budapest - Liverpool's Hungarian feeder club, who they signed a co-operation deal with earlier this year. "Gulacsi is a young Hungarian keeper who's here on loan with an option to buy. I think his future is really good because he is very good technically and he wants to improve," said Benitez.
